Before contacting me you should be aware that I do – ALWAYS – respond to emails, and usually within 24 hours. However, these replies seem to get lost in people’s spam/junk filters causing folks to think that I simply can’t be bothered to respond, which is simply NOT THE CASE!
In order to alleviate this problem, if you are expecting a reply, please check your email spam/junk folders regularly for anything which you think might have come from me.
Your next step should be to set your email filters to treat any mails from that source as a safe sender and they will no longer be junked but will instead come directly to your inbox.
